Spiritual Healings
Spiritual healings at You, Illuminated! are conducted as a group of spiritual counselings in conjunction with psychic healings on a particular topic. They are performed on an on-going, individual basis, and require follow-up. For that reason, sessions are done in a series, and usually consist of three to five counselings. Each session is structured in such a way to take a person from where they are to where they want to go regarding aspects of their personal wellness, goals, and growth.
What to expect: Your first session consists of a spiritual counseling regarding a particular topic, followed by a spiritual healing. Each session is approximately 45 minutes. Based on the information discovered in your counseling, coupled with your own goals, a blueprint is formulated for your next session. In this way you become the navigator of your sessions.
Types of Healings
Love and Relationships:
A love relationship begins with the ability to love yourself. Having another recognize you as spirit and seeing you for who you truly are is a gift. When you decide to heal your self in the aspect of love and relationships, you are creating space to accept and love yourself while validating the divine spark that ignites between two souls. These sessions vary according to the individual, yet include psychic healing and validating the space of self-love and affinity, reading and clearing past lives, releasing karma, and creating a relationship bubble.
Family Ties:
Family and relationship readings look at your agreements with others who comprise your family “bubble” or space. This is an opportunity to look at why you picked who you did for your parents, siblings, children, and so on. Sessions include looking at past lives, healing the past, and clearing karma.
Spirit Guides:
Have you ever wondered who your spirit guides are? Maybe you’ve gotten a chill for no reason, or felt a cool breeze when there’s no wind in sight. It may be that you actively communicate with your guides. These sessions provide insights to the roles and responsibilities of your spirit guides, who they are, and how they are working with you in creating the grandest vision of yourself. This package also includes exercises you can do in order to be in even more active communication with your guides.
Energy Bodies:
Our bodies and souls are very sensitive. There are many “spiritual” bodies that comprise your soul’s makeup. Often times these bodies have triggers that can hold onto energy and prevent you, directly and indirectly, from having your goals. These sessions validate your psychic abilities and are naturally healing, as they assist you in deactivating triggers on your energy bodies that result in a clearing of the “sticky stuff” that prevents progress. Each session is devoted to a spiritual body (such as emotional body, physical body, astral body, etc.).
Your Goals:
Everyone loves getting their goals; and most often people are unhappy when they’re not. These are three part sessions that look at your spiritual goals, personal goals, and career goals. Get communication, get healing, and get your goals!
Health and Wellness:
Why aren’t you losing weight? Why don’t you love yourself more? How come you’re not having any fun? Why am I so tired all the time? How come I have a hard time eating right? ……And the list goes on. These sessions are devoted to your body and self-image, your capacity for health and wellness, and anything that may be getting in the way (and moving it out) of that capacity for optimal health, balance, and wellness.
Show Me the Money:
I know you want the money shown to you. You want it all, and it’s yours to have. These sessions revolve all around prosperity and your ability to have….whatever you want! These sessions give you the opportunity to look at what you want; what you really, really, really, really want,; the steps to take in order to have it, and clearing of any energy/issues that get in the way.
Career:
Many times there is energy on our career space. This manifests as being unsatisfied with our current job, or we may feel that it’s impossible to make a living doing what we love. These sessions involve looking at your vibration of passion, what you’re passionate about, and your innate spiritual talents and abilities (or spiritual expertise). Healings are given to remove any limits, concepts, and/or patterns that may be standing in the way of you owning and utilizing your passion and innate expertise to create a career of your dreams.
